Prefab homes are a frequent topic around here, and around my office. I think all of us would love to own one someday and we’re alway on the lookout for great companies and products to fit our needs and budgets. So we’d like to introduce our “Quality Prefab Series” of posts, where we will introduce you to beautiful, solid, QUALITY prefab companies and what they have to offer. Generally we like to showcase homes that are under $300K, because let’s be honest, AFTER you purchase a lot, get the lot prepared, and pay for transportation of a prefab home, you can easily add $200K to that number. So in order to be realistic for the middle class (like us), we would like to keep the TOTAL cost under 500K.

We hope you will enjoy the series, and give these wonderful companies a serious look when considering your prefab purchase.
